I was reading r/adhdwomen on Reddit recently.
I try not to even open the app. It’s wildly addictive. But it’s also very therapeutic on some days. Days that I need to be told that I’m doing ok. At least X, Y or Z are not happening to me.
Could be worse.
7 - Keep Going
I want you to stop and read this:
Your worth is not measured by what you do. It is who you are. And you are perfect! You need to step into that and own it.
That is what this whole process is about. Finding out who you are.
6 - Documenting The Journey
I am trying to document my journey. The journey that leads to right now. Or, at least, the “right now” that was a few days ago and was very calm and serene. But the “right now” that I am experiencing right now is not calm and serene.
5 - Juggling
The problem is I’m trying to juggle my life and control each aspect in a smooth and controlled way. But life isn’t regulated or effortless or predictable. Life, and all the things that appear in my day, is crazy.

How many times have I fallen emotionally? How many times have I been floating face-down in a situation that others might think is shallow?

One of the difficult things that puts a damper on finding your purpose is life. It just doesn’t stop! We can’t put our life on hold in order to find the meaning of life.

In order to find your purpose, you need to know who you are. Who are you?

If we were all called to do the same thing, at the same time, some would do it better than others. Some wouldn’t be able to do it at all. But we’re not.
