Egg Substitute

In my opinion, the best egg substitute 

3 TBSP aquafaba = 1 egg

Can garbanzo beans, the juice is aquafaba

Mesh sifter

Drain beans, catching the juice in a measuring cup or bowl.

3 TBSP aquafaba = 1 egg

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 5 days, or freeze.

Tip: freeze in 3 TBSP measurements for ease of use later.
